WTM Engineers has long-standing and extensive experience in the structural design of complex, urban buildings. In close cooperation with our clients and the architects designing the building, we rely on innovative construction materials, building techniques and calculation methods to devise creative and intelligent structural solutions that are truly fascinating. With our specialist knowledge in engineering construction and the field of special foundations, we are able to plan and implement construction pits for buildings even under the complex conditions, for example, of downtown sites, or a location in direct proximity to water or over subway tunnels.

We draw on our experience with historical building methods and materials for projects involving existing structures and ensure, in line with monument protection regulations, solutions that are gentle on the substance and adapted to the situation.

Regardless of the project, we act as a partner supporting our clients from the very first concept to the design, approvals and implementation planning right through to supervising the structural works. In this context, our clients benefit from our BIM methodology, as it guarantees optimized interfaces for smooth collaboration and communication between everyone involved in the planning.

We also make a key contribution to structural safety in all kinds of construction in our capacity as check engineers licensed for the structural engineering within the areas of solid structures, steel structures and timber structures.
