WTM Engineers has acquired decades of experience in the holistic planning of industrial and commercial structures, and we bring it firmly to bear in meeting new challenges. The range extends across all manner of different buildings, be they greenfield or brownfield projects: from production to logistics, not to mention special-purpose edifices such as noise-insulated halls, silos and grain mills.

We assemble a special team straddling a broad range of services and expertise for each new project. It focuses on in-time and in-budget planning, integrates the plant and mechanical engineering requirements, relies on ultra-modern BIM planning methods, and takes account of the complexity of approval procedure in accordance with the German Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG).
