At WTM Engineers, the team is the star of the show: a team of 300 committed employees.
At WTM Engineers, the team is greater than the sum of its members: Teamwork is something we have always practiced and is what has made us successful. Our corporate culture consciously avoids closed doors and executive floors; rather, we have flat hierarchies and communication across all levels. We believe that only in this way can we foster a work environment that inspires and motivates. And only in this way can we create a team that not only works together to come up with bright ideas that shape the future, but whose members can also rely on one another, day-in day-out.
With us, every member of the team has all the freedom they need to apply their ideas, knowledge and individual talent each and every day. Here, there is no top-down principle, but rather open, solutions-oriented interaction within each team as its members work together to achieve a common goal. This team spirit is fostered actively at WTM Engineers – with meeting points in all offices, with group events and celebrations, with company sports and with the annual “WTM day”.
We likewise know that every member of the team has a personal team behind them that is just as important if not more so. Hence, maintaining a “work-life balance” is not simply an empty phrase at WTM Engineers, but rather a principle that we actively support in the form of flexible working hours, parental leave and individual part-time working models.
