WTM Engineers’ management team is made up of recognized consulting engineers whose long-standing experience and passion for construction symbolizes the company’s success.

Each member of the management team has strong regional links, a nationwide network, and interacts with our clients, partners and staff in a spirit of trust and dialog – all to the benefit of the projects.

In doing so, day in, day out, the WTM Engineers management team live our corporate culture, based as it is on supporting our clients as key proactive partners, who rely on interdisciplinary teamwork to achieve the best results.

For 30 years, Dr.-Ing. Karl Morgen successfully managed and shaped the company – the “M” in WTM Engineers stands for him. Since retiring from active management in 2018, he has acted as a consultant to us and our clients, providing us with a wealth of experience and specialist knowledge.

Dr. Alexander Steffens was a member of the management board for over 14 years and made a decisive contribution to the success of WTM Engineers during this time. Since 2026, he has been available to our company and our customers as a consultant and continues to work as a check engineer under the umbrella of WTM Engineers.
