In cooperation with the HafenCity University Hamburg, the WTM Architectural Engineering Prize for the best Master’s thesis in 2022 was awarded on December 2. This year, the jury selected Joachim Beyer’s M.Sc. thesis on the “Membrane Stiffness of Broken Laminated ESG Glass – Biaxial Tensile Tests and FE analysis”. In the context of the HCU graduation party, Managing Director Dr. Thomas Schadow presented the award to the fresh graduate engineer. WTM Engineers has been sponsoring the prize worth 2000 Euros for the best Master's thesis on the Civil Engineering – Architectural Engineering course since 2010.
Supporting budding engineers is very important to us at WTM Engineers. We also support committed and high-performing civil engineering students within the framework of the Deutschlandstipendium scholarship and through an in-house Master scholarship.
