On 6 December 2019 the WTM Architectural Engineering Prize was presented for the ninth time in cooperation with HafenCity University. The prize is worth EUR 2,000 and WTM Engineers bestows it on the best master’s thesis in “Civil Engineering – Architectural Engineering”, thus promoting up-and-coming talents in the sector. The prize-winning MSc thesis this year was Simon Tabarelli’s project on “Non-Linear Optimization in Civil Engineering – Developing the n-1 Dimensional Grouping as a Method to Visualize Multi-Dimensional Data”. Dr Alexander Steffens presented the prize to the winner at the passing-out ceremony for the graduates of the civil engineering course at HafenCity University Hamburg.
WTM Engineers continues to emphasize support for new talent by bestowing its Germany Scholarship, which is awarded to bright and dedicated students.
