On November 21, Vincent Stiehle received the WTM Architectural Engineering Prize for the best master’s thesis of 2025. The prize is awarded annually in cooperation with HafenCity University Hamburg (HCU), and this year the jury were convinced by Vincent Stiehle’s work on “Metaheuristic algorithms for multi-criteria optimization in structural design.” As part of the graduation ceremony at the HCU, our Managing Director Dr. Alexander Steffens presented the award to the happy graduate with his best wishes for a successful future.
Since 2010, WTM Engineers has gladly sponsored the 2,000-euro prize for the best master’s thesis in the Civil Engineering – Construction and Design course (formerly Architectural Engineering). Promoting the next generation of civil engineers is a key part of our social commitment, which also extends to support for students through the Deutschlandstipendium scholarship and our own master’s scholarship.
