Something big is taking shape!

The progress made on the construction site for the new Zentralklinik Ostfriesische Meere is clear for all to see. The impressive excavation pit has been successfully created as part of the first construction phase, is approx. 14,000 m² large and features no less than 1,600 cast-in-situ concrete piles. Construction company Leonhard Weiss is now bringing in the heavy equipment to begin work constructing the shell. With the start of shell construction, this pioneering large-scale project is now entering its next phase.

With Ingenieurgruppe Bröggelhoff as our partners, we have been part of the project team since inception, and our expertise in structural design and excavation planning based on our BIM methodology means we are able to make a significant contribution to the success of this complex project. The new site in Uthwerdum will bring together the expertise of three clinics and provide space for around 800 beds over a gross floor area of 115,000 m².
