After a construction period of just under a year, the complete makeover of the Postwiese residents’ underground car park in Munich’s Haidhausen district has now been completed. Detailed inspection of the building, which was conducted by WTM Engineers, had revealed various items of damage to the structure, which was erected in 1983. Since the car park’s structural safety and durability could no longer be guaranteed WTM Engineers were also charged with planning the repairs and the load-bearing structures. Our engineers supervised the extensive building work on site. As of today, residents can again use the 280 parking spaces.
