In another important step in the development of our company, Dr. Steffen Kinzler and Dr. Konrad Schuster have been appointed members of the management team, effective from July 1, 2026.
Dr. Steffen Kinzler will join Dr. Ulrich Jäppelt at the helm of the Hydraulic Construction Engineering division at our Hamburg office. He has been with WTM Engineers since 2010, becoming an authorized representative back in 2024, when he was also appointed deputy head of the Hydraulic Construction Engineering division. He has also been actively involved in standards committees and professional bodies for many years and has thus been making a substantial contribution to the technical advancement of the profession.
Dr. Konrad Schuster, meanwhile, will together with Dr. Hans Scholz be in charge of our Berlin office. Dr. Schuster has likewise been with the company since 2010, becoming an authorized representative and head of the Civil Engineering division in Berlin in 2023. In 2024, he was also designated a Check engineer by the Berlin Municipal Authorities which underscores his high level of professional qualification and expertise.
This expansion of the management team allows us to strengthen our leadership structure, ensure continuity in the company’s management, and secure ensure our offices and divisions evolve successfully.
