Last Sunday saw the Vierlanden Triathlon take place for the 28th time at Hohendeicher See in the south-east of Hamburg. WTM Engineers was strongly represented at the sporting event, with no less than 12 of us competing in four relay teams and seven individual starters opting for the short, medium, or Olympic distance. In the water, on the bike, and on the run, our athletes really gave it their all and achieved great placings. The mixed relay team just missed out on the podium with 4th place.
Even the onset of rain couldn’t stop our sporty triathlon team from crossing the finish line in high spirits, which was no doubt partly thanks to the persistent cheering from colleagues on the sidelines.
We look forward to taking part again next year!
