Dr.-Ing. Hans Scholz, Managing Director of WTM Engineers GmbH and WTM Engineers Berlin GmbH, was officially recognized by the German Federal Railway Authority (Eisenbahnbundesamt EBA) as an expert in the field of geotechnics for tunnel construction. He has thus supplemented his qualifications as a check engineer for concrete bridges and concrete civil engineering structures recognized by EBA.
